About us

For many years, we have formed a duo full of energy and ideas. Erik is an entrepreneur through and through: always on the move, always curious, with a sharp eye for opportunities and a big heart for people. Manon works as a lecturer and student mentor, where she supports young people with care and dedication in finding their own path. Together, we combine decisiveness with genuine care.

In addition to internships in the hospitality sector, we also guide students in the field of aviation services, for example as ground stewards/stewardesses or ramp agents. We not only handle the placement process but also provide personal support before, during, and after the internship.

Our lives are divided between the Netherlands and sunny Cape Town. There, where the ocean meets the horizon and the beach invites long walks, we recharge. We love the outdoors, new adventures, and tables filled with good food and meaningful conversations. Hospitality is in our nature – our door is always open, and there is always room for an extra plate at the table.
