Hotel Regulation & Terms
directly by the founders of Cape Talent throughout the entire internship process.
Internship Placement
Cape Talent introduces carefully selected students to partner hotels. Students are motivated, well-prepared and able to communicate in English. Many students also speak additional languages such as German, French or Spanish.
Hotel Responsibilities
During the internship period the host hotel agrees to provide a professional learning environment where the student can gain practical experience in the hospitality industry. The hotel will appoint a supervisor who will guide the intern and support his or her professional development.
The host hotel also confirms that accommodation and daily meals will be provided for the intern during the internship period. Accommodation should meet reasonable living standards and allow the student to rest and prepare for work in a safe and comfortable environment.
Student Expectations
Students participating through Cape Talent are expected to demonstrate professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude. They will respect the hotel's internal policies, local regulations and cultural environment.
Support from Cape Talent
Cape Talent remains available as a point of contact for both the hotel and the student throughout the internship period. Our goal is to ensure a smooth cooperation, a valuable learning experience for the student and a positive contribution to the hotel team.
